The Role Of Human Resources in Organizational Development

Human resources is simply the group of people who comprise an organisation, company, sector, business, or economy’s workforce. A more narrow concept would be human capital, that is, the human skills and knowledge that the human people possess. Similar terms for human resources include human capital, manpower, staff, associates or simply just: human. The meaning of human resource is not only related to the personnel but also to the knowledge, skills and experience that are gained by the human resources professionals.
